Scope
These terms govern the scheduling application operated by Pliny Group at
post.plinygroup.com, and this website at plinygroup.com.
Access
The application is private and single-operator. It does not accept registrations and is not licensed, sold, or made available to third parties. Access is restricted to the operator. Attempting to access it without authorisation is prohibited.
Use of platform APIs
The application connects to third-party social media platforms through their official APIs, under developer applications registered to Pliny Group. We publish only to accounts we own and control, and we operate within each platform's developer terms, rate limits, and content policies. We do not use these APIs to publish on behalf of anyone else, to scrape data, or to automate engagement.
Content
All content published through the application is authored by Pliny Group, which is solely responsible for it. Content remains subject to the terms and community guidelines of whichever platform it is published to.
Availability
The application runs on self-hosted hardware and carries no uptime commitment. It may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Software
The application is a deployment of Postiz, released under the AGPL-3.0 licence. Nothing in these terms modifies the rights granted by that licence, and no warranty is provided beyond what that licence states.
Liability
The application is provided without warranty of any kind. Pliny Group accepts no liability arising from its use or unavailability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are.
